The concept of emergency contact is alive on every form we fill out for government or medicine. But where's the app? I say, push the power button on your phone and your emergency contact is immediately sent a location and an alert, and then frequently sent location alerts until the contact submits an assurance that everything is fine. Is there anything I don't see that would make this a bad app?
