In the Seinfeld episode where Elaine attempts to expose the restaurant owner for only hiring well endowed women, it is later revealed that he had employed his daughters - thus negating the charge. EXCEPT! The first waitress/daughter claims they are hiring and that they need another waitress! After the owner gives Elaine an up and down, he says they are not hiring. So... Was the issue resolved, or not?
